From the highlands of Priego de Córdoba

Originating in the highlands of the PDO Priego de Córdoba, the olive grove is located in a high mountain area surrounded by unspoiled nature in the heart of the Sierra de La Subbética Cordobesa Natural Park. Its location, at around 1,000 meters above sea level, gives the olive oil unique characteristics and extremely high organoleptic complexity . It is made exclusively from olives harvested using artisanal and traditional methods, producing a natural juice with an incomparable character. The result is a pure, dense, and intense flavor with a higher content of natural antioxidants . These qualities have made Venta del Barón the best extra virgin olive oil in the world for more than six consecutive years.
