Our extra virgin olive oil comes from a high-altitude olive grove in the Sierra de la Subbética Córdoba Natural Park, approximately 1,000 meters above sea level. The pristine nature and special climate give the olives unique characteristics and a complex flavor structure.
Made from hand-picked olives that are processed traditionally and carefully, the result is a high-quality olive oil with a dense body, intense flavor, and a high content of natural nutrients. This special quality has made Venta del Barón one of the world's leading olive oils.
