1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor independent professional. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract, correction options

The purchase contract is concluded with ESSDconsulting BV.

3. Contract language, contract text storage

The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English, French, Spanish

We save the contract text and send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible online.

4. Delivery conditions

Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated product prices. Further details regarding applicable shipping costs can be found in the individual offers.

We only ship by mail. Unfortunately, pickup is not possible.

5. Payment

In our shop you can generally use the following payment methods:

credit card

When you place your order, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after you place your order.

PayPal

In cooperation with the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), we offer you the following payment options as PayPal services. Unless otherwise stated below, payment via PayPal Plus does not require registration with PayPal. Further information is available for each payment option and during the ordering process.

PayPal, PayPal Express

To pay the invoice amount using PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment order. PayPal will process the payment transaction immediately after you place your order.

PayPal may offer additional payment methods in the customer account to registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria. However, we have no influence on the availability of these methods; additional individually offered payment methods affect your legal relationship with PayPal. Further information on this can be found in your PayPal account.

Credit card via PayPal

Your card will be charged by PayPal after the goods have been dispatched.

Sofort by Klarna

To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, verify your identity, and confirm the payment order. Your account will be debited immediately after placing your order. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

Google Pay

To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), you must be registered with Google, have activated the Google Pay function, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be processed immediately after placing the order. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Currence iDEAL BV, Beethovenstraat 300, 1077 WZ Amsterdam, Netherlands ("iDeal"), you must have a bank account activated for online banking with a Dutch financial institution, provide appropriate identification, and confirm the payment order. Your account will be debited immediately after placing your order. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

Apple Pay

To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA ("Apple"), you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, have activated the Apple Pay feature, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be processed immediately after placing the order. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

Purchase on account and financing via Klarna

In collaboration with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer payment options for invoice and installment purchases. Please note that Klarna invoice and installment purchases are only available to consumers, and payment must be made to Klarna in each case.

Klarna installment purchase
With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least €6.95). Further information on Klarna Installment Purchase, including the General Terms and Conditions and the European

Klarna invoice
When you purchase on account with Klarna, you always receive the goods first, and you always have a 14-day payment period. The complete terms and conditions for purchase on account can be found here .

ideal

If you select iDeal as your payment method, you will be redirected to your bank's website. To pay the invoice amount via iDeal, you must have a Dutch online banking account activated for iDeal, verify your identity, and confirm the payment order to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be processed immediately afterward, and your account will be debited.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery person as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to file a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your statutory rights and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us assert our own claims against the freight carrier or transport insurance.
