1. Right of return:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Arrange the return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order at ecommerce.support@essdconsulting.com. Please provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

3. Return:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
Venta del Baron is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.

4. Refund and exchange:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Damaged or defective items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Provide detailed information and photos of the damage or defect for our records. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Exceptions:

Returns for items purchased through retailers or third-party websites must be processed through the original place of purchase.
