Denmark, Slovenia, Spain and Switzerland

Returns

At Venta del Baron, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your shopping experience is as enjoyable as possible. Please review the following guidelines for returning items:


1. Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

2. Initiate the Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at ecommerce.support@essdconsulting.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

 

3. Return Shipping:


Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
Venta del Baron is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

4. Refunds and Exchanges:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Provide detailed information and photos of the damage or defect for our records. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Exceptions:

Certain items may have specific return policies due to their nature. Please refer to the product description for any special return instructions.
Returns for items purchased through third-party retailers or websites must be processed through the original purchase location.
